Concentrate

on

Mindfulness

Even though we are in a technology-related field, we concentrate on cultivating a calm and peaceful mind for future work in the service of Buddhism.

Practice a mindfulness meditation today

1. Sit

Sit upright in a sturdy chair or settle comfortably on the ground.

2. Focus

Focus on your breathing and notice details like the feeling of air entering your nose and leaving through your mouth, or the movement of your belly as it rises and falls with each breath.

3. Deepen

Shift your attention inward and deepen your concentration. Observe the stillness within and gently guide your thoughts towards calmness and clarity.

4. Settle

Allow your mind to settle into a peaceful state. If distractions arise, acknowledge them and gently guide your attention back to your breath and inner calm.
